Our luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Orlando villa with private pool overlooks a conservation area. The setting is the perfect base for your holiday home in Orlando. Calabay Parc is a much sought after vacation rental community. Set within beautiful orange groves, this peaceful community is immaculately maintained and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The villa is within 10-15 minutes of all the major attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios etc.
Our villa boasts 2 master suites, both with queen sized beds and full en-suite facilities. Both master suites have direct access to the pool. There are two further twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom, making it ideal for 2 families to share. The villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with the dining room leading to a self-contained laundry room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is even a separate TV room for the kids.
For those days when you just want to relax from the theme parks, there's plenty of patio furniture and room to soak up the sun by our 28ft pool. If the sun gets too much, we have a covered patio/lanai for welcome shade and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Dining 'Al Fresco' will set the evening mood relaxing with the family by the illuminated pool... It really doesn't get any better than this.
Exiting Calabay Parc south on highway 27 you will find Ridgeview Plaza with a Liquor Store, Chinese Take-Out, Beef O'Brady's Sports Bar (kids welcome), Wal-Greens Pharmacy/supermarket and gas station next to the Waffle House and Denny's which lead to the famous Champions Gate Golf Course
North on Highway 27 will take you to a large Publix Supermarket, Chinese Restaurant (which delivers), Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Creperie, McDonalds, Nail and Hair salons, Wal-Marts Superstore and Highway 192 where you will find some of the best shopping and most popular restaurant chains in the U.S.
